I took with immense pleasure your proposal to organise a re-union of ex-students .
As you understand Fulki has its own ideology which is reflected in all our activities. You would be glad to know that today Fulki earned a countrywide reputation and is considered to be a trendsetter in child education. As former students of this institution you also share and represent all the glories of Fulki.
As Sahajpath is a primary school many of our ex-students would always be students still pursuing studies. Organizing a big event and participating in it would understandably be difficult for them. But we cordially appreciate your initiative and feel happy to have an opportunity to enjoy a memorable day with all of our ex-students.
I along with my colleagues worked on your idea and have the following decisions to let you know 
Fulki will organise an alumnai day for the ex-students of Sahajpath.
It will be called ‘Agrani Fulki Priti Samabesh’.
This time it will be held in later part of February next.
The undersigned will invite you all in early January next to chalk out and finalise the programme. You will receive more circulars from time to time informing the updates of the event.

Registration done so far by ex-students will remain valid for the February event.
